(NEW RELEASE FOR 2019 ( Canadian Import)
This Canadian band has made a cd that is really the top of the pops! Students of THE BEATLES and THE BEACH BOYS school of music will appreciate this album! JC5 have crafted an album full of Pet Sounds/Abbey Road sound craft delight. For example "Rock and Roll took me to the River" has shades of "Maybe I'm Amazed" but then the vibe licks on " Under my Skin" are pure Rolling Stones "Under my Thumb" . Other times we can hear shades of Emitt Rhodes "American Dream" , and other great pop artists of bygone years. This is a big winner! We highly recommend it and you will have fun listening to a band who is not ashamed to wear there influences on their sleeve. Well done. Well done!
